30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your FIORLEY products. If you are not completely satisfied with your first purchase, we ofer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How it works:
- You have 7 days from receiving your order to try the product(s).
- If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@fiorley.com within that 7-day period.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions via email.
- You have 14 days from contacting us to return the item(s).
To be eligible for a refund:
- No more than 25% of the product may be used.
- Returns must be received within the 14-day return window.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Please note:
- The money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of any product only.
- Returns shipping costs are not covered by Fiorley.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@fiorley.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages or faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
